How is flow to generate the document?

Real estate information must be provided during registration on the platform, as this information will remain fixed and should not change. The only exception is the reservation amount, which can be adjusted when generating the document.

The document template must include all required information as outlined in the requirements section. However, fields marked as optional may be left out. In such cases, any paragraphs containing these optional fields will not appear in the final document.

After entering the necessary information, check whether the reservation is subject to financing. If it is, the relevant clause should be added. Additionally, the option to include any other clauses should be available.

Once all data is uploaded, users should be able to preview the document and modify any clauses as needed to fit their specific requirements.
