This document applies when a buyer reserves a property by accepting the sales price established between the real estate company and the seller.

Requirements

• Real State Information:

  • TAX name.

  • CIF.

  • Social address.

  • Bank account.

  • Reservation amount.

• Buyer information:

  • Full Name. *

  • Identification. *

  • Bank account

• Property information:

  • Cadastral Reference

  • Address *

  • Farm number (numero de finca register on sede.registradores.org)

  • Property Type

  • Property Situation

• Contract information:

  • Date of generation *

  • Deposit contract date. *

  • Space to sign buyer and real State
