Deposit contract ( Arras)

Is a preliminary contract used in real estate transactions in Spain. It involves the buyer paying a deposit (usually 10% of the property's price) as a sign of commitment to the purchase.

  • Real State Information:

    • TAX name. (Nombre fiscal)

    • CIF.

    • Social address.

    • Bank account.

    • Reservation amount.

  • Buyer information:

    • Full Name. *

    • Identification. *

    • Marital Status

    • Nationality

    • Address

    • Bank account

  • Property information:

    • Cadastral Reference

    • Address *

    • Farm number (numero de finca register on sede.registradores.org)

    • Property Type

    • Annexs (TBD)

    • Loads (TBD)

    • Furniture (with or without furniture, leave a text input to specify the furniture included)

    • Taxes: Ibi (prorateado o parte venderora)

    • Offer Price *

  • Contract information:

    • Date of generation *

    • Payment Method (si hubo reserva se debe añadir el monto dado en la reserva y sino se aclara que es el primer pago)

    • TAX amount (arras)

    • Remaining amount (el valor de la vivienda - reserva - arras = )

    • Is Biometric signature

    • Deposit contract date. * (arras)

    • Space to sign buyer and seller
